John S. Matarese, CPA is a tax manager with the firm.  He joined Ercolini & Company LLP in December 1997.

John has worked closely with the firms’ high net worth individuals and their advisers to provide comprehensive income tax planning and estate tax planning while maintaining the client’s goals and objectives.  His clientele ranges from real estate developers to small business entrepreneurs.  John has also spent a signification amount of time in unique areas such as foreign reporting requirements, Section 181′s deductions, Empowerment Zone Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic and Rehabilitation Tax Credits.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPA and the Tax Division of the AICPA.  John is a graduate from Northeastern University.
