Stephen V. Alimonti, CPA, MST, joined the tax group at Ercolini & Company LLP in 2006.  He provides tax planning, consulting services, and compliance for a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, complex real estate partnerships, closely held businesses, multi state and non-profit entities.  He has advised partnerships and corportations regarding compliance and structuring relating to their foreign investors.

Steve specializes in structuring sophisticated real estate partnership transactions including advising clients on Historic and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

Steve is a memeber of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of CPAs.  He is a graduate of Bryant College and received a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University.
