“We are the public development arm for the nine state colleges in Massachusetts. We issue bonds to fund capital projects, and we use the revenue stream we get from students to operate the buildings. I was hired as a project manager here in 2002 and promoted to the Executive Director position in 2005. Ercolini was retained in 2005 to perform our audit, and we’ve been very satisfied ever since. Mind you, our finances are complex. We have the nine state college campuses, and the revenue to support the debt service on the bonds is collected by each of the campuses, so the credit is layered.
