On the debtor side, we assess a company’s or individual’s situation to determine the appropriateness and viability of initiating bankruptcy proceedings. As necessary, we work with legal counsel to support the debtor in preparing and submitting the required schedules and filings – as well as assisting in the development of a reorganization plan. For creditors, we provide preference services to assist in obtaining equitable resolutions on their behalf.
